The food offering at PAN is a crucial part of our commitment to sustainable tourism. We source our ingredients from local producers and have a selection that varies based on availability and the season.
At PAN, food can either be ordered to the cabins, or enjoyed at our farm café nearby. Café Søstuen2280 is a renovated old log house transformed into a café. It is beautifully situated by Gjesåssjøen, providing a serene farm atmosphere where visitors can savor locally roasted coffee.
The café menu features local, organic, and homemade dishes. Additionally, there’s a charming farm shop in the same location offering carefully selected quality products. Many of these products are used in PAN, so that visitors may purchase them afterwards.
The café primarily operates during the summer, as well as selected weekends throughout the year.
